IRTP and their investor group are building a 50 unit apartment hotel in Budapest. The planning for the apartment hotel was granted in April 2009 and all designs and permits have been completed.

Dob Development Kft is a Hungarian registered company set up to build and own the hotel in Budapest VII. Sitting behind the original Belle Époque facade, the newly built 50 units hotel will be aimed at the medium to long stay business travel market. A market-leading operator, Bridgestreet, has signed a 15 year management agreement to operate the hotel.
