The Greenman Auto Fund was launched in March 2009 to contruct and operate state-of-the-art Automotive Repair Centres in cities and large towns across Germany. The anchor tenants include Carglass,Jet ConocoPhilips, Fressnapf and Cosy Wasch. The Fund raised €8 million of investor equity for the Greenman Auto Fund, nine months ahead of target. Eight properties have been completed, are 100% let on long leases, and the portfolio is generating significant rental income surpluses which are distributed to investors bi-annually. Approx Current Value €23,400,000.

The Greenman Accelerate Fund is an income producing property fund which creates investor returns from the rental surpluses generated by its portfolio of German auto service centres. It was launched in September 2011 targeting to raise €17 million in investor equity to add new properties to the existing portfolio in the Greenman Auto Fund. The 9th property is currently under construction and should be complete in Jun 2012. Investors in the new fund will benefit by becoming shareholders in the existing properties.
