Hanoverwest Developments Ltd (HDL) has been set up to develop a 7-acre site in Negril, Jamaica. A planning application has been lodged for 72 apartments & duplexes and 18 townhouses. We plan to build the development in four phases starting in the third quarter of 2010 and completing in the second quarter of 2013.

Industry Cove Developments Ltd (ICD) has been set up to develop a 10-acre site between Negril and Montego Bay. Neepa approval has been granted and a full planning application will be lodged in the third quarter of 2010. The development will be built in a proposed 6 phases, ending the third quarter of 2014.
