    Company

    The Company was established by William Conolly-Carew and Vere Bruce-Gardyne in 2004 to focus on investments in emerging markets. We build relationships with specialist partners to either Invest or develop retail, residential and commercial sites. Our involvement varies from being silent partners through to structuring debt and managing the investments.
