IRTP Holdings is an Investment and development property company that operates in a number of sectors across Western, Central and Eastern Europe as well as the Caribbean.

We are actively operating in the commercial, retail, residential, hotel and land sectors with a combined GDV of approximately €370 million.

    The Company was established by William Conolly-Carew and Vere Bruce-Gardyne in 2004 to focus on investments in emerging markets. We build relationships with specialist partners to either Invest or develop retail, residential and commercial sites. Our involvement varies from being silent partners through to structuring debt and managing the investments.
