IRTP Holdings has bought its first site for an apartment hotel in Budapest, Hungary, which we are developing as a long-stay business hotel. We have one of the world’s leading groups to operate and manage the site and we are keen to create a small Business travel brand.

We are actively looking for sites throughout Europe and Canada and we are currently negotiating on sites in Bratislava (Slovakia), Berlin (Germany) and Poznan (Poland).

This is an asset type we believe will see growth, as both business and tourist travellers continue to look for value.
