Silver Reef www.silverreefstkitts.com is a 62 unit commercial and residential project on the Royal St.Kitts golf course in St Kitts and Nevis. The first phase is due for completion in the first quarter of 2010, and, despite the current economic climate, sales continue to be strong. Unit owners at Silver Reef will have the opportunity to apply for Kittitian citizenship, as the development has met the Government’s stringent criteria under the Citizenship by Investment Programme (CIP), which allows successful applicants to  obtain economic citizenship. Only a small number of developments have received CIP approval and Economic citizenship brings a number of tax advantages e.g. no income or inheritance tax.
