Through our partner company, Real Returns, we have an involvement in two apartment blocks in Berlin with a total of 67 apartments. 

The two buildings are well located in period buildings on Neue Bahnhofstrasse and Lehderstrasse, in the more fashionable former East Berlin side of the city. They are rented out to long-term tenants, on good yields, and we have planning permission for 5 penthouses in the roof space. (see Lehderstr).
