Greenman Auto is a fund that was set up in March 2009 to construct and operate up to 15 state-of-the-art Automotive Repair Centres in cities and large towns across Germany. The anchor tenants include Carglass (known as Autoglass in the UK & Ireland) and Jet Conoco. The first four sites have been completed and occupied, the 5th site will be completed in Ausgust 2010.

From March 2009 to June 2010 the fund raised approximately €3.5 million of equity and is currently constructing their 5th centre, which is in Berlin. We launched in the UK in June 2010.
