Winchester Affordable Housing Development

In September 2011 a site of 150 acres near Negril was acquired to build and develop a 1200 unit development for the Jamaican affordable housing market. The development is in the planning process at present and is aiming to build affordable yet good quality housing with community facilities. The houses will be priced to help those Jamaicans earning from US$7,000 upwards to get on the housing ladder.

Hanoverwest Developments Ltd
Hanoverwest Developments Ltd (HDL) has been set up to develop a 7-acre site in Negril, Jamaica. A planning application has been lodged for 72 apartments & duplexes and 18 townhouses. We plan to build the development in four phases starting in the third quarter of 2011 and completing in the second quarter of 2014.

Industry Cove Developments Ltd 
Industry Cove Developments Ltd (ICD) has been set up  to develop a 10-acre site between Negril and Montego Bay. Neepa approval has been granted and a full planning application will be lodged in the third quarter of 2011. The development will be built in a proposed 6 phases, ending the third quarter of 2015.
